1. How can I check the status of my order?

You can monitor the status of your order via code which you received by mail after order submitted.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept the following payment methods:

  • SEPA

3. How long does it usually take to receive my package?

Usually between 3-7 working days. However, please read the details in our shipping information.

4. I have sent you an email. When can I expect an answer?

We usually answer within 24 hours. If you didn’t receive an answer, please try to send your email with a different email provider. Also avoid using Mail clients like Thunderbird (they sometimes filter emails). Instead log in directly to your email account via a web browser.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free of charge. It is included in the price of your order.

6. What country do you ship from?

Delivery is made from our headquarters in Berlin.
